Algo De Rock (Spain) : note... : 'Moonfall' is good news for those of us who still enjoy European heavy/power metal and feel a special connection to the French scene. It's an album that looks to the genre's roots, keeps that melodic tradition alive, and proves that there's still room to make powerful, accessible metal with personality..."-

Nada Hay Bajo El Sol (Spain) : note ... : "...It’s a release where classic heavy metal and European-style power metal intertwine with impeccable elegance, evoking—inevitably and irresistibly—the best of Edguy: monumental choruses, radiant melodies, and truly sensational backing vocals..."

Woody's Rock Reviews (UK) : note 8/10 : "...'Moonfall' is KingCrown firing on all cylinders. This is melodic metal with huge guitars, soaring vocals, infectious melodies and choruses so bombastic they practically demand a raised fist and a shouted sing-along..."

PowerMetal (Honduras) : note 8,8/10 Album of The Month September 2026

Rock Garage (Germany) : note 8,5/10 : "...The new KINGCROWN album certainly packs a solid batch of hits!....For this reason, I can highly recommend this new release ... to existing fans and lovers of melodic power metal alike —complete with a strong recommendation to buy and a top rating!'...

Rock Castle Franken (Germany) : note 9/10 : "...In my opinion, "Moonfall" displays a much more distinctive identity. This benefits the overall sound—and, consequently, the listening experience. Simone Mularoni did a great job with the production, ensuring a rich, clear sound. Thumbs up!...'

L'Autre Monde Radio (France) : note ...

Obliveon Mag (Germany) : note 8,5/10 ...".If you can picture a gritty blend of Heavens Gate and Rebellion, you should definitely lend an ear to this—whether for a brief musical fling or something more serious..."

Prog Critique (France) : note.... :  '..."Moonfall" is an energetic, precise album, without a single dull moment, boasting a coherence and overall power rarely equaled in the band's discography. It's the album where Kingcrown achieves a perfect balance between technicality, aggression, and melodic sensibility...

Passion Rock (France) : note...

Keep On Rockin' (Germany) : note 9/10 : '...To my mind, "Moonfall" reveals a more distinct musical personality. This benefits the overall sound—and, consequently, the listening experience. Simone Mularoni has done an excellent job with the production, delivering a sound that is both rich and crystal-clear. Kudos!...'

Hard Rock Info (Sweden) : note... : “...This new album sounds just like it should when it comes to this genre. They have a powerful, yet melodic, sound in the classic tradition, and the songs are of a very high quality. You should not be dissapointed when you listen to this, and there's not that much else to say about that....'

Musipedia Of Metal (Eu/UK/USA) : note 7/10 : “...On Moonfall, KingCrown continue to deliver high quality melodic metal...'

Keep heavy metal rules !....'

Moja Muzyczna Kronika (Poland) : note... : '...heavy, raw, and shore. However, the gentlemen haven't forgotten the melodies and pathos that are essential for solid power...'

The Metal Mag (Canada/UK) : note 100/100 A Must Have : '...Kingcrown once again is giving us pleasure with powerful and beautiful album keeping the flame of Heavy Metal for decades to come...'

Metal Underground (Aut) : note 4,5/5 : '...All in all, KINGCROWN’s "Moonfall" is a compelling work that further propels the band toward status as a sure bet on the heavy/power metal scene...'

Radio Highway Pirates (Greece/DE) : note Album Of The Month: ...'Moonfall' remains rooted in traditional heavy metal, powermetal & melodic metal .but places greater emphasis on dynamics, atmosphere and a more cohesive approach songwriting...'

Satan Arise (Spain) : note ... : '...There is no doubt that KingCrown has demonstrated impeccable musical maturity on their fourth album, "Moonfall." It is an explosive, powerful, and direct record, featuring strong melodic choral elements that lead into a chorus that is easy to follow and sing along to. All that remains to be said is: what a great job these French musicians have done!....'

Heretik Magazine (France) : note ...

Overtone Magazine (UK) : note 7,5/10 : '...as it’s really damn good! The band are all so damn talented..It’s heavy, melodic and epic throughout....'

Hard Rock & Vous (France) : note ...

Tempiduri Magazine (Italy) : note ... : '...Here is the album that proves French power metal can finally step out of the shadow of the German and Scandinavian giants by offering a unique take on the genre....'

Heavy Debriefing (USA) : note... : '...The 4th album from this French quintet is a classy display of how you should make Melodic Power Metal. Every song is a masterclass on how to make the songs catchy, powerful, and have true meaning...'

Under A Metal Sun (France) : note...

Crossfire Metal (Germany) : note 9/10 : '...superbly produced performance by the quintet—one that will hopefully captivate a wider audience, as they certainly deserve it....'

France Metal Museum (France) : note ...

Boomerang O2 Radio (France) : note ....
